Credits are awarded only after Tukki verifies an eligible paid, completed experience. Redemption at checkout is not yet available.
How it works
1. Request and complete an eligible experience.
2. Once Tukki verifies completion and payment, the experience earns points. Qualifying founding credits and referral credits are also recorded.
3. Redeem available credits on an eligible future confirmed booking once credit checkout is enabled. Rewards cannot be used to pay a pending request.
Credits and points expire 12 months after issuance. Total credit redeemed on any booking is limited to the lesser of 10% of the eligible booking total or 50% of Tukki's service fee, subject to additional margin protection. No rewards for cancellations or refunded transactions. Referral credit requires a new customer, one qualifying completed booking of $50 or more, and fraud checks.
Launch note: Tukki records rewards from eligible completed experiences once the rewards database and staff completion process are activated. Applying credit at checkout will be enabled after payment integration is complete; earned credits will be preserved in the meantime.
