This notice covers booking requests, experience suggestions, destination requests and interest or waitlist forms on gotukki.com. These forms do not collect payment-card information or government ID documents.

What we collect

Depending on the form, we collect your name, email address, destinations, travel dates, interests, experience suggestions, booking details and any optional notes you provide.

How we use it

We use the information to review your booking request, contact you about availability and terms, and coordinate with the relevant experience provider where necessary. We may share only the booking information reasonably needed to check availability or fulfill a booking with the selected provider.

How requests are stored

Requests are sent to secure Netlify server functions and stored in Supabase. Authorized Tukki personnel can review submissions. We may send limited submission details to reservations@tukki.com through our transactional email provider, when configured. These services process information on our behalf.

Retention and requests

We keep request information only as reasonably needed for booking coordination, customer support, legal obligations, and dispute handling. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information by contacting reservations@gotukki.com, subject to applicable retention duties.

Security and important details

Do not put passport scans, payment card details, medical information or other sensitive personal information in the optional notes field. This form is not an identity-verification or payment platform. We will update this notice before adding such services.
