What is Tukki?
Tukki helps independent women coordinate shared bookings for selected experiences. You keep your own itinerary while sharing access and costs where eligible.
Is Tukki a group trip?
No. Tukki is not a hosted group vacation. You book individual experiences without committing to travel together for your entire trip.
How do booking requests work?
Submit your preferred experience and date. We look for compatible travelers and check supplier availability. A request is not a confirmed reservation or payment.
How does matching work?
Compatible requests may be matched, subject to group size, date, provider confirmation and payment. Flexible dates can help identify more options; private tours require the same departure city.
What if a group does not fill?
We may offer another eligible date or alternative. Unconfirmed requests can be withdrawn; no booking is guaranteed until confirmed.
When will I be charged?
A booking request does not itself charge you. We will communicate the confirmed total and payment terms before a paid booking is finalized.
Can I cancel?
Before confirmation you may withdraw a pending request. After confirmation the supplier cancellation terms and Tukki booking conditions apply; those terms are disclosed before payment.
Who provides the experiences?
Third-party providers operate the experiences. Tukki coordinates eligible bookings and does not itself conduct the tours. Listings do not imply formal supplier partnerships unless stated.
How does Tukki verify travelers?
Tukki is a women-only marketplace and requires verification before payment. The verification steps and any documents needed are presented privately.
How do I earn rewards?
Once the rewards backend is enabled, every eligible completed experience earns 1 point per US dollar of eligible spend. The first 100 qualifying completed travelers also earn $5 in Tukki credit.
How does referral credit work?
Under the launch rules, the referrer and eligible new traveler each earn $2 after the new traveler completes a qualifying first experience of at least $50. No credit is issued solely for signing up or requesting.
When do rewards expire?
Rewards expire 12 months after issuance. Redemption on a single eligible booking is limited by the published cap and margin safeguards.
Can I use rewards today?
Points and credits can be tracked from qualifying completions once the database and staff confirmation process are enabled. Applying rewards at checkout requires the separate payment integration; balances will be retained until redemption is available.
What happens if an experience is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled or refunded transactions do not earn points or rewards. Previously granted credits or points may be reversed if the underlying experience is refunded.

The Content Pact: photography together, optionally
The Content Pact lets travelers who both opt in exchange approximately 15 minutes taking photos of one another during an eligible shared experience, when practical and permitted. You and your matched traveler can agree on the kinds of photos you would like together. Participation is always optional, and no professional-quality result is guaranteed. Ask permission before sharing or posting photos of another traveler. Choosing not to participate never prevents you from requesting an experience.
